Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Property Guard across our web portal, mobile applications (Android and iOS), or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the platform.

2. Accounts & Multi-Tenant Workspaces

Property Guard operates as a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS). Each organization is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of all user credentials within its workspace.
• Assigning appropriate user roles (Admin, Assistant, Owner, Cleaning Crew) matching actual responsibilities.
• Ensuring all operational data, media, and records uploaded comply with applicable laws.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the platform solely for legitimate property management operations. You shall not:

• Attempt to circumvent Row Level Security (RLS) policies or access data belonging to other tenants.
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious payloads.
• Use the service for fraudulent activities or to infringe upon personal privacy.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the platform software without prior written consent.

4. Subscription & Billing Terms

Services are provided under recurring subscription tiers based on managed property units or custom enterprise agreements. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, interface design, and underlying source code of Property Guard remain the exclusive intellectual property of Maromel Consulting. You retain all ownership rights to the property data and media you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

Property Guard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maromel Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of Maromel Consulting, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
