Skip to main content Property Guard 1. Data Controller Property Guard is operated by Maromel Consulting ("we", "us", "our"). We act as a Data Controller for account holder information, and as a Data Processor for operational property records uploaded by tenant organizations.

2. Information We Collect We collect information strictly necessary to provide dependable property management operations:
Account & Profile Data: Full name, email address, assigned workspace role (admin, assistant, owner, cleaning crew), hashed credentials.Property & Operational Data: Property names, unit numbers, configured cleaning fees, secure access notes.Reservations & Calendars: Check-in/check-out dates, Airbnb/iCal reservation identifiers, guest count, confirmation statuses.Evidence & Media Logs: Photos and videos documenting cleaning verification, damage incidents, and expense receipts.Communications & Notifications: Internal coordination messages per property channel and operational dispatch logs.3. Contractual Necessity: To deliver core software services, schedule crew cleanings, track accounting reconciliations, and manage reservations.Legitimate Interests: To enforce platform security, isolate multi-tenant data with Row Level Security (RLS), and preserve audit trails.Legal Compliance: To satisfy financial reporting, tax, and statutory record-keeping obligations.4. Data Isolation & Security We maintain rigorous architectural protections:
Multi-tenant tenant isolation enforced at the database level via Row Level Security (RLS). Encryption in transit (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) and encryption at rest (AES-256). Cryptographically salted and hashed passwords (bcrypt/Argon2). Time-limited signed URLs and role-based access for media and incident evidence. 5. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data Property Guard never sells, rents, or monetizes your personal data or guest records to third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
